    How to modify an existing order?

    Anyone has the tendency to change their mind on anything-anytime. When you order a product from Poundit but suddenly made a decision to change or modify some details such as color, quantity and even model. You need not worry because you can directly message us via email, chat or Facebook messenger to modify an order.

    Do you have installment plans?

    We are still working on our installment plan, once it becomes available we will be more excited to let you know. :)

    Does it have interest if I pay thru credit card?

    Since we don't have installment plans available yet, paying thru credit card has no interest because all are for straight payments.

    Do you have a different price for cash and credit card?

    You will still pay the same price even if you use cash or credit card.

    Do I need a bank account to do bank transfers?

    No, you don't need to. You can just send us the receipt once payment has been done. :)

    Can I pay thru money transfer? Palawan Express, etc..

    I don’t have a Paypal account, how do I pay?

    Paypal is only our payment terminal. You don't need to have a Paypal account to use the secure link for payment via Paypal. Just use your email credentials (username and password) and your credit card information should you wish to select Credit card as a payment option.

    Can I pay thru check?

    Oh, sorry :( As of this moment payment via check is not yet available.
  • Do you have a delivery charge/fee?

    Items ordered below Php990, a Php99 delivery fee charge will apply. For orders above Php990 shipping is free nationwide.

    What courier do you use?

    We use Ninja Van and LBC as our partnered couriers.

    Do you have your own delivery team?

    As of this moment, we are still working to have our own delivery team, however, we are in partnership with the largest and known courier company here in the Philippines so you can make sure the safety and security of your package.

    How many days to get my item?

    Shipping will take 3-5 business days for areas within Metro Manila and 5-7 business days for Provinces.

    Do you deliver on weekends?

    Oooh! We'd really love to do that but as of the moment, we are following the courier's schedule of delivery.

    Can you deliver it now?

    That's a really cool idea, in fact, that's the best delivery timeframe, NOW! However, as of the moment, we follow standard shipping time frame. We are still looking into the option of expediting an item (Express Delivery) and as soon as it becomes available, we'll be happy to let you know.

    What time do I expect my item?

    Items placed online will be delivered by our respected courier. We can contact the courier for you or you may also contact the courier on your end. You will also be notified by the courier if the package is about to arrive.

    I want my item to arrive on a specific day and time?

    We can advise the courier of the date that you want your item to be delivered but we can't promise that they can deliver it to your specified time-frame as we will take uncontrollable factors into consideration. 

    Can I pick up the item?

    Hmmm...as of the moment, the courier (NinjaVan and LBC) does not accept pick-up of items in their hubs. As for LBC, it actually depends on the branch if they allow pick-up of items especially if the item is for COD

    What’s your delivery schedule?

    *Delivery timelines are based on Monday - Friday business days.
    *Shipping may take longer during holidays and bad weather.

    Do you do meet ups?

    Online shops are very famous and well-known business, however, we are an e-commerce company all transactions are done online or over the phone and we deliver products using a door to door system.
  • What’s your return and exchange policy?

    MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT

    Our products are carefully curated and picked from only the top brands in the world. However, we understand that defects do happen. In the rare event of a manufacturer's defect, we will gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please reach us at the contact details below in the event you encounter a likely defect. We will walk you through some troubleshooting procedures and then have the product undergo technical evaluation in our office.

    Please note that manufacturer defect does not cover items that have clearly been damaged through improper use, negligence, or wear and tear.

    NO DEFECTS

    In order to keep costs down and continue to pass on these savings to our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products without manufacturer's defects. We encourage you to carefully select the items you purchase and we’re here to help you in your shopping experience to ensure you select the right product for you.     Can I return/exchange my order?

    Yes, you can return/exchange your order/item but first we would like to know the reason why. ;) You can contact us via mobile, email or thru our live chat support.

    Do I get 100% refund?

    We value and understand our customers hard earned money and yes we do the full refund for your ordered items that have been canceled no cancellation fee will be applied.

    Does it have a warranty? Official Warranty?

    Please visit the website of the manufacturer for the current and complete warranty information. All warranties are subject to the limited warranty coverage from the manufacturer. The manufacturer reserves the right to interpret the provisions in their warranty information.

    Please note that warranty coverage does not include items that have clearly been damaged through improper use, negligence, wear and tear and/or acts of God.

    My item is not working, what do I do?

    The item has a physical defect. Can I return it?

    Every single product that we offer are thoroughly picked and selected but in such cases, defects still happen in this event we will be happy to accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the product.
